Hi Everyone, Welcome! Hope your weekend was great. I had a fantastic weekend. I also did a make over for one of my lovely “younger” friend who attended her graduation debs.

The African print(ankara) is basically taking its place in the fashion world. This last summer, I saw them in stores like Zara, Asos and also some high end fashion like Stella Jean.  Jewel by Lisa has her own custom prints, she is one of the designers in Nigeria who is passionate about the ankara print.
In this post I am wearing a simple pencil skirt which was custom made for me the last time I went to Lagos, Nigeria. I did my little sketch and my tailor did a fantastic job making the skirt to my specification. I wanted fitted and midi and that was exactly what I got. Even though it is officially Autumn, the weather is still very nice and bright here in Ireland. The weather is my reason for wearing this gorgeous skirt. If I am been honest, I am not looking forward to the colder months.

CASUAL GLAM | CLASSIC DENIM & HEELS

Picture 6Hi Everyone, Welcome! Hope you are doing well.
Wearing red and blue combination is definately becoming my go to. I also featured both colours here. For this look, I wore my favourite pair of denim/jeans. Denim can be perceived as casual but if styled with simple accessories like heels and blazer, it can  be more dressy than it actually is. I paired the denim with a fitted blazer and heels to give me a casual glam look. I wore this look to hang out with the hubby. We had a “little” walk around the lake and we ended up taking this photos. I must say that in real life, I do not go for a walk on that kind of heels. I also rolled up the sleeves of the blazer to give it that casual look since that is the theme of the look.

Hi Everyone, Welcome. Happy New week to you. Hope your weekend was great. I had a fun weekend. I spent time with some amazing women in business on Saturday and the rest of the weekend with the family.
We’ve never had the weather so good here in Ireland at this time of the year. Since the sun is still shinning, I brought back my multicoloured maxi skirt back to the scene. I wanted a colourful, bold and accessories fortified look and I did just what I wanted. I think I might have outdone myself but that is what fashion is all about…expressing yourself without feeling the need to explain to anyone or the need to feel sorry.

OH SO CLASSIC

Hi Everyone, Welcome! Happy new week to you and I hope you are doing well.  Today, I am styling classics. I do love to wear classic pieces because they never go out of style and are more functional than trends. I also love pairing classic colours like black and white with a pop of red.…
