Lately, I have being wearing sneakers a lot. Why you may ask? I am currently recovering from an “injury” on my knee and secondly, they are very much on trend these days which makes it easier for me to rock with most of the looks I create. Why Get Sneakers
1, They are currently on trend. These days you can wear them with anything. You can pair sneakers with a dress or with skirt or anything you fancy.
2, For running around and running errands, sneakers is the way to go. One of my favourite personal trainers says, it is easier to use the stairs when you have sneakers on. For people who are on a weight loss journey, movement is key. So, wear those sneakers
3, If you are recovering from knee injury like me. The first one I showed in the video is now my go to because it give me a good grip and balance.
