An elegant evening of party, great music, catch up conversation and great food calls for a subtle elegance and colour.
I went to enjoy some quality time the other evening and this was what I wore. This same dress was the one I wore here in Greece over the summer and I thought to wear it again and differently to the way I did the first time. Since the colour of the dress matches the christmas theme, I thought why not?
The dress also leaves so much room for me to eat as much without having to worry about my bulging tummy.
One of the reasons why I love dresses is that you do not have to do so much with styling. That was the case with this dress.
The dress was cut from an airy georgette and has a fluid silhouette. I threw on the dress, picked out simple jewellery to wear and heels completes the look and voila, I was good to go.
I also decided to pull my hair to the back to show off my face. The dress is a quiet a heavy one because of the lining used so I wanted the attention to be on the dress. A case of less is more, the dress was more on its own.
Not sure what to wear this Christmas, I highly recommend dresses. See here for my selection of Christmas party look book and here for a glam fitted and flared dress look book.
Here’s the picture story of today’s look as wind blows the dress to the direction we wanted. It is “glamourously fun” and i enjoyed it……
Fashion TIP today!
Instead of buying something new every time you have an occasion to attend, look for other ways to wear what you already own. It will save you time and money.
Even as we celebrate this season, let us not forget to stretch out a hand of fellowship/love to the less privilege in the society by giving. They will appreciate our giving.
So tell me, what are your plans for this season/Christmas? Please share your plans with me in the comments below.
Thank you so much for stopping by today. I am always very happy to see you.
Wishing you a great week filled with love, protection and good cheer.
Much Love, Mojisola
I was wearing Irina Saloni’s dress, similar here // Top shop collar necklace // Stud earrings, my very old 18 carat one
