Fragrances, cologne, or perfumes, we all have different names we call our favourite scents. Just like we have different names we call them, we all have different scents or preference when it comes to perfumes or scents.
For a perfume lover like myself, I do have specific scents I always gravitate towards. The scent I go for always are sweet, feminine, floral and powdery. Today, I bring you my top 3 favourite fragrances for summer….
Euphoria by Calvin Klein
One of my favourites and most worn perfume is the Euphoria by Calvin Klein. It is a scent I have worn for a very long time. To be specific, I have worn if for more than 8 years and I keep going back to it.
Scent Summary : feminine, strong, floral and sweet. It is a long lasting fragrance. Lasts all day. When I wear this perfume, it lingers till the next day.
If you are looking for a fragrance that is sweet smelling, long lasting and very feminine, this is the one I would recommend to you.
No 5 Chanel Paris Eau de Perfume
My second most worn perfume is No 5 Chanel eau de perfume. This is a classic Chanel smell and one every “fashionista” is passionate about.
Scent Summary : powdery, sweet smelling, feminine. It is a mild smell perfume that is long lasting.
I will also recommend this to any one who is looking for a perfume for this season. And of course, it is Chanel baby. Which girl doesn’t like Chanel?
Gucci by Gucci
This is another classic smell that I have worn for a very long time. I first got into this one when I got it as a gift from my husband and I have been wearing it since then.
Scent Summary : strong, sweet, powdery and feminine. It is a long lasting perfume that lasts all day.
It is a perfume I would recommend for you for this season. This perfume I believe can take you from season to season as it is not all floral.
There is so much I can write really. I shared more details for you on video. I tried them on with more tips and of course a little bit more of me on video. Watch below……….
How to Buy Perfumes Cheaper
If you are on a budget but your still want to smell fresh or but any of the perfumes I shared above, 2 practical tips I have tried and tested is to….
1, Buy them on duty free :
Duty free means you do not pay any VAT on them so they are cheaper. You can do this when you travel or pass through the airport. Send your friend or “bestie” if you are not travelling anytime soon. Just give them details of what you need.
2, Buy them during the Holidays :
This is another option to explore to get your perfumes cheaper. During the holiday season (christmas for example), they do gift sets that contains the body wash or body cream or both.
The gift sets during the holiday season carries the size of perfumes you would normally buy for full price in the stores. Sometimes if you are lucky, you also get them for half price when the holidays is over. I shared more on the video above.
Those are my favourite perfumes for summer and ones I would highly recommend to you. I hope you find the post helpful. Now, let me know, what is / are your favourite perfumes for this season. Please share them with me in the comments below.
I want to thank you so much for stopping by today. I am always very happy to see you. Wishing you a fantastic day today.
