It is my 5th week of working from home due to the lockdown and what this lockdown mean for a lot of people is eating, eating and more eating. I am sure I am not the only one. What I Eat in a Day!
More than what I eat in a day, I am very mindful of living a very healthy lifestyle. My desire is to be fit in my body so I am able to fulfill my purpose to the fullest of my potential. To be able to fulfill purpose, we must be well in our bodies and to be able to do this, it is important to commit to a lifestyle that is healthy. So, alongside exercise, another thing I am mindful of is what I put in my mouth.
