MY EXERCISE & FITNESS ROUTINE (“How I Stay Thin”) + WHY EVERYONE MUST EXERCISE

I have always known that to take care of others effectively, I have to take care of myself first, this is my own personal philosophy. But sincerely, nobody can give what they don’t have anyways. In caring for me, I focus on taking care of my body, soul and spirit. And for that reason, one of the ways I take care of myself is that I take care of my physical by exercising to stay strong, fit and energetic and NOT necessarily to stay thin……this is a bonus we get when we exercise.

 

As requested by you, here is my exercise and fitness routine video. Like I said in this week’s motivation, “Eat That Frog” and also in this video, no matter how thin you are, we all need some form of exercise…….

 

My Yoga Experience & Advantages of Yoga that Would Change Your Life

For the past 12 weeks, I have attended Yoga classes (once a week) and I can say that the very first thing I noticed on my first night of taking yoga is that I slept deeply after a long warm shower.  After continuing yoga, I noticed also that I built strength and learnt how to breathe. How to breathe? For a long time, I didn’t realize that I do not know how to breathe in deeply, taking yoga helped me understand breathing through practical constant practice of breathing in deeply through the nose and then out through the mouth.
