BLACK & WHITE | LACE TRIM PEPLUM & FITTED MAXI

Hi Everyone, Welcome. How are you all doing. I am doing great and thankful for the blessings God is bringing my way. I would love to share some of them with you at some stage.

Today I am wearing black and white with a dash of red. I love very clean, sleek and classic silhouette. For this look I am sporting a fitted pencil skirt and peplum top/blouse with lace detail. I love the delicate nature of the lace fabric. It screams femininity and chicness. I finished this simple look with a nude pair of pumps. This one happens to be my favourite, it is more comfortable than the one I wore in my AFRICAN QUEEN post. 



When choosing Peplum, ensure that the start of the peplum sits right on your natural waistline. In this picture you’d notice that the lace sits right on my waist and it is acting like a belt/waist band, it helps cinch in the waist. A wrong peplum would ruin your proportions.

My pencil skirt is very fitted but not tight. It accentuates my shape/figure well. My shoes are the Christian Louboutin Pigalle

Wearing a hair clip from H&M. I also wore it here as a brooch.

I am wearing an oversized clutch from COAST. I bought this one as a gift to myself on the day I graduated from my second degree. I love the detail on the bag.
