As someone who is transitioning from relaxed (chemical treated hair) to natural hair (kinky hair), protective styling like box braids is what I wear mostly. Box braids are made from kanekalon hair extensions and they can be made long, short and in between; they can also be braided thin, thick and in between….
For my box braids not to become boring, I look for several creative ways to style them. Sincerely, I thoroughly enjoy wearing them too because, they are easy to manage for me, my lifestyle and my pocket (a.k.a, with box braids, I do not spend so much on hair).
I have done so many other box braids styling before and I so proud that each time I do, they get good response. One of my box braids styling videos on YouTube has 85K views, the other has 3.5k views and the other 26k views. Thank you so much for watching. If you want to see those other box braids hair styling, please check HERE or on my YouTube Channel. Please subscribe if you haven’t done so already..

I want to thank you so much for for stopping by today. I truly hope you enjoyed the video and were inspired to have fun styling your hair in the different and unique ways I came up with. Wishing you fun styling your hair.

PS: the kanekalon extensions are mostly sold in local beauty supply stores who stock hair care products for African and African-American women. You can also check e-bay and Amazon. I buy them from my local beauty supply stores or in bulk from Balogun market, Lagos, Nigeria.
