BELL SLEEVE + HOW TO “SLAY” A CASUAL LOOK

I am one of those ones who button their shirts all the way to the top. If you call it “missionary style” you wouldn’t be wrong. As lovely as this blouse is, it wouldn’t make sense not to button it all the way to the top because that is the beauty of it and so, I did. In this post, I bring you a chic way to “slay” denim with a “baby girl pink” bell sleeve blouse…..

Outfit of the Day!

For my look today, I was wearing a cropped bell sleeve blouse with a cropped denim. To finish my look and to tie the pink on the blouse to the one on the shoes, I paired the look with a delicate Malibu lace up wedge espadrilles. I shared the details of the shoes HERE

Fashion TIP Today!

Denims are a wardrobe essential and can be worn with just anything and to just any occasion. Pair your denim with basic tee or denim jacket and flats or sneakers and you are good for school run, college, run errands and anywhere you want to feel casual. Pair your denim with high heels and blazer and you would look well put together, polish and sophisticated; you can also spot your own denim with wedges like I did if that is what you fancy…the possibility of how to wear denim and where to wear denims to is endless.

A blouse like the one I have on in this post is easy breezy simple. It is cropped so if you are not as tall as me, it may look longer on you. Also if you are one who is mindful of baring the mid-riff at any point, wearing a “cami” or camisole under the blouse would do. You can also wear a high waisted skinny jeans or skirt.

For this look , since the blouse is loose or boxy, I had to create a juxtapositions (balance) on both pieces. For my personal style and body shape, paring this blouse with a loose fitting pants / trousers or skirt wouldn’t look the best.

Have fun styling your own look as all the above are suggestions.
