A QUICK & SIMPLE WAY TO ADD COLOUR TO YOUR FALL / AUTUMN WARDROBE

Once it is Fall / Autumn, a lot of us tend to gravitate towards dark colours (black, navy and all things dark hue). While black as a dark hue is chic and can be worn all seasons, it is also good to know that dark colours are not the only colours you can wear for Fall / Autumn. In this post, I bring you a quick and simple way to add colour to your Fall/Autumn wardrobe.

By the way, around here (Europe), we call this season Autumn. You guys in America call the season Fall. It is all the same thing.
 

Add Instant Colour to Your Look This Season with Mustard

While “classic Fall colours” like plum, purple or burgundy are perfect colours for this season, I still consider them “dark”  in my humble opinion. However, a bright one like mustard or yellow is a good and perfect way to add warmth to your fall wardrobe.

Mustard is bright enough but not overly bright and can be worn this season whether dressed up or down. Mustard unlike yellow can be worn by everyone, whether pale or dark. I have styled mustard here on the blog before. See example below mixed with green……

Mustard Mixed with Dark Green & Black

It is just a coincidence that the styling on video was done with another shade of green. Green mixes well with mustard/yellow and it is a perfect mix for Fall/Autumn.
