When it comes to glasses (sunglasses, reading glasses or clear vision glasses), different shapes/styles fit different face shapes. If you like, glasses are not one size fits all. Having said that, some face shape like the oval face shape can wear all kinds of glasses.

Different Face Shape & Glasses that Suit Each Face

The OVAL face shape

Oval faces are evenly proportioned and softly rounded. If you have oval face shape, almost all frames will suit your face. I am have an oval face shape and as you can see in the photos, I have different shapes of sunglasses on.

The RECTANGULAR face shape

The most prominent feature of the rectangular shape face is deeper forehead, longer nose or square jaw. If you have got a rectangular face share, a frame with strong brow line will be perfect for you. It will make your face wider. Shallow frames will lengthen the appearance of your face.

The ROUND face shape

Round faces are usually fairly short with wider forehead, full checks and a round chin. If your face is round, opt for angular style frames to draw attention to your half of your face rather than your fuller cheeks.

The SQUARE face shape

Squared faces has length and breathe that are proportionate. Your jawline is strong and your forehead is broad. In your case, opt for oval or round shape glasses to help you soften your jawline. Angular glasses will emphasis your already squared face.
