BEST NATURAL HAIR CARE, TREATMENT & MAINTENANCE TIPS

Whoever says growing or wearing natural hair is hard has no clue about what they are talking about. Perhaps it is because they didn’t seek knowledge about the subject of natural hair. I am here to assure you that everyone who chooses to, can rock natural hair and can do so gracefully.

My hair has grown tremendously and I am excited to come back and share the growth with you and also share an updated hair care, treatment and maintenance TIPS with you + what I found out about my hair growth and curl pattern.

Now that that is out of the way. Today, I am sharing new TIPS I now use to grow my hair with ease:

First, I haven’t changed the products I use. I still use the Cantu Hair Care Range. They have being the best for my hair. I have tried out other products BUT unfortunately, they didn’t deliver what they promised. Following all the reviews I have seen also, I am confident that the Cantu would work with all hair types; they have different formulations for different hair types. So know your hair type and get the formulation that works for you. This is not too different from using a relaxer that suits your hair type. In case you were wondering, this is NOT a sponsored post. I am only sharing with the hope of helping as always.

The second thing I have also done is that I bought bigger combs as my hair has grown longer and bigger again. So for me to comb my hair effortlessly, I now use bigger combs. If your hair is growing longer, you need bigger combs. Let’s just say, they bigger your hair, the bigger the comb you need.

Thirdly, I now use the Cantu Leave in Conditioner differently. When I use it now, I let it air dry / no heat as recommended on the packaging. I missed this point before. This is magical. It gives my hair the softness it needs and much more easier to comb.

Please always follow product instructions so you can get the best results for your natural hair. Finally, you can have good and manageable hair with the help of moisture…..

Sincerely, I do hope you learnt a thing or two today. Don’t ever think you can’t wear your hair without chemicals in it. If I can do it as sensitive as my scalp is, you can too. Trust me. Please feel free to wear your hair whichever way you fancy and have fun with it.

Since wearing my hair natural, I noticed that I am retaining growth unlike when I used relaxers. I also noticed that my kinky hair can be styled in multiple ways. It is fun to do and I will be sharing so much of that with you as I go along on the journey. I do hope you come along with me.
