When it comes to my personal style, I am not a cleavage revealing kind of girl. However, I love to show off my beautiful brown shoulders and my neckline. And because I also love me some cut out blouses, I decided to share another one in look book with you today.
More so, I recently featured a cut out blouse in one of the styling I did recently and a few people “raised eyebrows”. Some said, they couldn’t wear it because it was too open (revealing) for them. So, in today’s post, I will be sharing how to wear the cut out blouse with you….
Outfit of the Day!
You guys may remember or not that I first wore this gorgeous trousers for 2016 Valentine where I shared my love story. Remember? That was one of the most fun blog I created and a lot of you shared your love stories with me as well. That was fun…
For today’s look, I paired the same trousers with a cut out blouse and to tie my look together, I wore an old blazer (one of my favourites) and finally I finished my look with a pair of wedges in Zebra print. I choose the shoes because I wanted my trousers to mimic my shoes. Not quiet the same print but it worked perfectly.
Fashion TIP Today!
When it comes to cut outs, whether on dresses or on blouses, there are ways to go about it. As you can see from my own look, I wore a pair of blazer. Even the cut out is showing, it isn’t revealing much skin. So, if you are one who likes the look of cut out but don’t know how to wear it, throw on a blazer and you should be fine.
Another option is to wear a shirt under your cut out. You can throw on a contrasting shirt to style your cut out blouse. For example, you see the way this black on is cut out, I can wear a long sleeve white shirt under the cut out blouse and it should be alright. I will show you how to do that sometime soon and would make reference to this one……so, stay with me here on the blog…..
I was wearing: Zara Palazzo Pants (old), Similar HERE | Zara Cut Out Body Suit, similar HERE | H&M Blazer (old), Similar HERE | Dune Wedges | Rimmel London Neon Nail Polish HERE
Another Cut Out Blouses Styling Option
As you can see in both look, I wore a pair of very well structured blazer. Although the style of the blazer are different, I ensured that both of them fit well. The idea is for your blazer to fit well. This is what makes your look, look polished, expensive and sleek. So have fun with your own cut out blouse.
I want to thank you so much for stopping by today and reading. I do hope you like the look as much as I enjoyed sharing and I hope the styling TIPS helped too.
