Welcome, Hope you had a nice week and are looking forward to a great weekend.
Today we are styling a SHORT. The shorts for me has to have the the right length for it to work well on a very tall woman like me. An inch in the length of a short “nicker” can make or break it. I am 5ft 11 inches tall by the way.
This look will be perfect for shopping. You can easily take off and throw your clothes back on while trying out new clothes without messing up your hair and make up. Also ideal for a day out with the kids if you have any or a stroll in the park with that special someone.
THE OUTFIT
A short with checkered tie neck shirt. I love this combination together. A plan and pattern combination. The colours are so cool together. Nude goes with a whole lot of colours.
SHOES, BAGS & ACCESSORIES
A pair of flat sandals in a darker shade of brown to show of the toe nails and also for comfort. Heels would be fine if you are like me and can’t live without them.
A navy blue with red trimming around the bag to contrast the colours on the outfit. Red and blue reminds me of the “American flag”. Is it still the 4th of july? LOL. Add any accessories you like from watches to bracelets etc.
MAKEUP
Nail Polish to add some colours to the toe nails especially because we are styling with sandals.I would always keep other make up simple and let the outfit speak for the look.
