“UNUSUAL BASICS”

Basics a.k.a “wardrobe essentials” (denim, basic tee / white shirt, flat pumps etc) are the pieces you can easily put together and you are good to go. They can sometimes become boring right? I feel that way sometimes, do you? To ensure my basics don’t become boring, I look for unusual ways to style my basics and today’s look is an example of what I mean.

For my look today, I paired my most worn denim with a clean crisp graduated shirt dress and finished my look with my vamp cut-out booties and that completes my outfit of the day. In my hand, I have my sunglasses case.

Fashion TIP today :::: Unusual Basics

Like I mentioned above, your classic wardrobe essentials could become boring after a while. Look for simple ways to up do your look to make them more dressy, stylish and to make your own style statement. Style is all about you and not what anyone thinks your style should be. Always ensure to be you.

When shopping for your wardrobe essentials or when styling them, you can……..

1, buy unusual “shirts” like I have on.

2, Instead of basic denim like I have on, go for cropped or ripped or a bright bold coloured one. You can still style them in a classic way and still look stylish.

3, Throw on a bold necklace.

4, Wear a structured blazer

5, A fine sunglasses will not only protect your eyes but would make a style statement.

Whatever you do with your basics, just have fun in your pairing. This is my favourite style advise to every woman, men too!
