Red is a colour of energy, when you wear red, you will feel confident and in control. Red is also associated with the meaning of love, passion, desire, heat, sensitivity, sexuality, romance, joy, strength, will power, courage, determination, vibrance and radiance to mention a few.

Wearing red brings excitement into your day. It is the colour of stimulation, showing a sense of exhilaration. When your energy level is down during the week, wear read, it is an energy buster.
